this picture is taken from the german televison , called "RTL" in Cologne.

The pictures show a worker wearing a commercially available "Half-Mask Respirator Hood". This is designed to afford head and eye protection against paint spray and other eye iritans. It is disposable ($2.00 ech) and is used with a 1/2 mask respirator
